The supporting structure of the round Bolero table is made of solid wood, available in various finishes, with a triangular section profile. This version includes a Lazy Susan rotating top, not fixed to the main top but resting on it, consisting of two round tops of different diameters. The upper top is made of birch plywood with a solid wood edging, while the smaller lower top is made of scratch-resistant black lacquered MDF and equipped with protective felt pads. A rotating aluminum mechanism with steel ball bearings is housed between the two tops.

Concept and Design

Round or rectangular, the Bolero table has a sleek and elegant design that enhances the material beauty of its elements. The solid wood of the structure meets a table top with large wood tiles that create horizontal and vertical veins that are different every time. Designed by Roberto Lazzeroni, Bolero is both a discreet yet noticeable addition to any room, adding a touch of sophisticated elegance.

Roberto Lazzeroni was born in Pisa. He studied art and architecture in Florence, taking an increasing personal interest in the phenomena of conceptual art and radical design during his years of training.He débuted professionally in the early 1980s with a series of important 'Interior Architecture' works that were immediately noticed and published by both Italian and international magazines. Roberto Lazzeroni has enjoyed an extremely dynamic professional journey that today sees him involved in various projects, and able to boast prestigious collaborations, art direction and interior and contract design in various parts of the world.

Awards include: Tecniques Discretes (Paris, 1991), Conran Foundation Museum, (London, 1992), Elegant Techniques, (Chicago, 1992), La Fabbrica Estetica, (Paris, 1993), Dall'Albergo alla Nave, (Genoa, 1993), Costruire il mobile, (Milan 1999).
